Natalia Ramirez is a Development Coordinator at RAK Equities, where she supports the execution of industrial development projects across the firm’s platform.

She is involved throughout the development process, assisting with project coordination, market research, and internal reporting to help drive projects from planning through delivery.

Prior to joining RAK, Natalia worked in commercial real estate brokerage, where she supported leasing teams with property marketing, market analysis, and transaction coordination. Her experience on both the brokerage and development sides provides a well-rounded perspective that enhances project execution and team efficiency.

Outside of work, Natalia enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors with her dog Leo, and volunteering with Equest, a nonprofit equine therapy organization.
