Zach Rakusin is a seasoned real estate developer specializing in  land acquisition, project coordination, construction management, leasing, and financing. With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Arizona's Eller School of Management, he has cultivated a robust understanding of the financial aspects of real estate development.

In 2019, Zach co-founded Rak Real Estate Equities, where he leverages his expertise to identify and acquire prime properties, ensuring successful project execution from inception to completion. His commitment to excellence and strategic vision have driven the growth and success of the firm.

Outside of work, Zach is passionate about traveling, golfing, and playing pickleball. He enjoys spending quality time with his lovely wife, Rahel, and their daughter, Zara.
